- Dealing with air inquiries and settling related problems
- Maintaining good relationship with customers, agents and carriers
- Keeping good communication with operation
Requirements
- Well-known the air freight operation process
- College degree or above
- Minimum of 4 years experiences in similar position at foreign forwarding companies
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Optimistic, responsible and independent with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure. Team Work spirit
- French or Spanish speaking would be a great plus
