Taking this evolution into account, BANSARD INTERNATIONAL has developed adapted services to fit these new needs and help its customers assess the quality of their suppliers.
Because each customer has its own feature, we intended to develop varied and flexible quality control services which would adapt to their current process and boost their efficiency. Consequently, to control the production and guarantee our customers’ clients with the best possible quality, BANSARD INTERNATIONAL set up five main services.
To optimize its customers’ quality control and to best fit their shipping schedules, BANSARD INTERNATIONAL implemented a quality control in its own warehouses. The products from dozens of suppliers can thus be centralized, stored and controlled in a single place and then directly sent by air or sea. Not only does this process prevent any risk of corruption, but also it allows our customers to gain efficiency and reduce their costs significantly.

To meet the needs of a fashion retail customer, BANSARD INTERNATIONAL established a dedicated room in its sea freight Logistics facility Shanghai port to control products from hundreds of suppliers in China for the brand. A quality control team of six people thus processes numerous purchase orders daily, approximately 50,000 cartons per month, following the AQL standards. Each item controlled is subjected to a strict and thorough procedure: packaging, labeling, checking the material, seams and finishing touches of the garment and visuals: nothing is left to chance.
