JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  Existing sop analysis (reality versus theory)

  Targeted sop with Cargowise implementation

  SOP with the PO management system for some customers

  Quality control, management and improvement

  data accuracy

  operation quality

  customer service quality

  customer KPI analysis and improvement

  correction plan implementation

  training

  Supplier management

  Supplier database analysis

  Supplier classification

  New supplier approval process

  Tenders follow up for the main suppliers

  Monitoring of their performance and correction plan implementation

SKILLS & EXPERIENCEONTACT

  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.

  6-8 years working experience in freight forwarding industry.

  Familiar with the industry and market, know well of overall operational process

  Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skill

  Have commercial acumen

  Ability to work under pressure and independently

  Strong negotiation skills and leadership skills with experience in managerial position.

  Proficiency in Cargowise System will be a plus.
