Bansard attended Sagemcom’s Supplier’s Day and was honoured to receive the company’s 2019 Agility trophy as yet another successful year of collaboration between the two Groups unfolds.
The Supplier’s Day is a Sagemcom special yearly event in which the company historically presents a summary of their partnerships and activities for the previous year, before exposing their forecast for the following. This is also the opportunity for them to award prices to their best suppliers, which Bansard Group was lucky enough to be part of this year. Over 300 people were present that day, amongst which Sagemcom President Patrick SEVIAN and Executive VP - Corporate Purchase Director Thibault DECOUDIN, who handed the trophies to the proud winners themselves.
Sagemcom’s Supplier’s Day started at 8:30am with a warm welcoming session. The meeting effectively started at 9:30am when all guests had arrived, and ended by a closing lunch at 12:00pm. During the meeting, Sagemcom exposed the summary of their activities of 2018, their forecast for 2019, their products map and their purchasing perspectives for 2019. Most notably, they also issued their awards for best suppliers, for which Bansard International snatched the first spot (in the Agility category), marking yet another milestone in the long history of collaboration between the two Groups. Previous instances of collaboration include the early 2018 China-USA charter flight project for Sagemcom, to cite one. Sagemcom's Agility Award honours team flexibility, efficiency, responsiveness, effectiveness and adaptability.
