Less than 3 years ago, the first Bansard International office opened in Israël. Today, the group has 3 offices located in Tel Aviv, Haifa and Ashdod.
To celebrate such a success, on March 27 was organized the Israel International Convention 2019 bringing together 50 guests and 12 speakers at the Ritz Carlton Herzliya.
The various participants (CEO, Directors, supply chain or logistics managers) came from a wide variety of industries and environments, for example:
- Coca Cola or Gan Schmuel for FMCG,
- Starplast, Winpac or Numinor for the industrial sector,
- Gadot in the field of Biochemistry,
- Sagemcom in High Tech,
- Haifa Port for the services sector.
The opening speech was delivered by Rafael SABAN and David LEVY, respectively CEO and Director of Bansard Israël.
Then, the challenges of the supply of tomorrow were the guiding thread of the different interventions of the day with particular focus on fiscal representation and customs duties in Europe, solutions to optimize international logistics with reduced internal resources, ecommerce developments, the optimization of consolidation platforms in China, the impact of new taxes with President Trump's policy and the Port Haifa strategy.
Finally, the day ended with a note from Bansard International Group President, Mr PINTO, pointing out that innovation, service and customer satisfaction remained the main objectives of the group.
