As Paris gears up for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, extensive traffic restrictions are being implemented to ensure the smooth operation of the events. SEKO BANSARD is committed to adapting to these changes and maintaining efficient operations. Here is a comprehensive overview of the key traffic restrictions and strategies to manage our logistics effectively during the event.

SEKO BANSARD: Navigating the 2024 Olympic Games Traffic Restrictions

Overview of Traffic Restrictions

1. Restricted Zones and Access:

1

Red Zones: Deliveries in these areas will face stringent constraints. Access is limited to vehicles with prior authorization, requiring registration via the Pass Jeux digital platform. Deliveries will only be allowed at designated entry points and during specified time slots, making pre-planning essential.

Blue Zones: These areas will have regulated motorized traffic. Random checks by law enforcement will require presentation of transport documents such as delivery notes or orders.

Grey Zones: General traffic will be allowed, but expect significant delays due to security checks and possible road closures for specific events.

(Night time deliveries: To alleviate daytime congestion and access restrictions in all areas, nighttime delivery services are open throughout the Games. This will help avoid the worst restrictions during peak hours.)

2. Timing of Perimeter Activations

The security perimeters will be activated H-2:30 before the 1st competition of the day and will end H+1H after the last competition of the day. This schedule will be carefully planned to ensure on-time delivery.
