Being an avid traveler when I was young, I majored in Foreign Trade in English to be able move around and work in an International environment. Bansard helped me make my dreams come true, and here’s how. Back in 2005, after just graduating I started working directly in transport and logistics for a total of 5 years before joining Bansard International. I am now a Sea Freight Supervisor, responsible for sea freight export from Southern China and Hong Kong. I even get to manage an awesome team! I often travel to meet local partners or clients, manage a lovely team, regularly communicate with our overseas offices and agents, and manage the shipping. I have now become an expert at finding great deals despite the market fluctuations! It is a real pleasure getting to help colleagues and clients and share my market knowledge with others.

I am grateful for the responsibilities that come with my position at Bansard; it makes me feel accomplished to work there both personally and professionally, and yet I’m still learning! I have gained new management skills along with internal and external communication skills, which proved to be useful in my everyday life.

I can also say that while we work hard at Bansard Guangzhou, we enjoy what we’re doing, and last but not least we always help each other.
