Recruited in 2009, I started with sea freight operations related to import and export. I then transferred to the export department along with my manager. Today, the responsibility of the export department has been fully assigned to me. I manage the handling of shipments directly with the carriers, and other work pre-shipping with the transport companies, preparation of all necessary documents, ranging from customs procedures to invoicing. I also prepare quotations and negotiate procurement with suppliers.

Since joining Bansard International, I've been given much support as I've developed and improved upon my skills. I’ve learned to be flexible and have become more confident. I love the diversity of my career and the relationships I've forged with the clients. I know how to manage unexpected events and ensure my customer's satisfaction achieved. I learn from my work every day! I think that Bansard is a human-sized structure and that really allows opportunities for young people to professionally grow.
